HIMSS21 Attendee Perspective

Send a unicorn to HIMSS21 they suggested, well this unicorn went and here are my thoughts on what I saw. First having HIMSS in Las Vegas was nice, because it was closer than Orlando.  However once at the convention I quickly realized the drawbacks of Las Vegas holding such a large convention. The conference itself touted 20,000 in person attendees, but any of us that went, will tell you there was definitely no more than 10,000 there.
